This project was a full transformation with a primary goal of blending the threshold between indoor and outdoor spaces. By utilizing the existing structure and adding additional living space, the family will be able to continue their Quonnie roots for future generations.
The goal of this project was to create a new wing to the existing house for when family comes to visit, allowing them to have their own space. The addition had to have it’s own identity but still blend with the overall design of the house and have continuity between the spaces. This was achieved with attention to overall scale, details and rear yard master planning.
This project entailed renovating a 1980s contemporary salt box into a sea side gem. Additions included new living spaces, a wrap around farmer porch, upper decks and opening up sight lines to the ocean.
After this house was damaged by a fire, the client was looking for a new start. This house takes advantage of an open plan layout and takes on a modernfarm house style with neutral finishes and tall ceilings.
This project was a full transformation of a 1940s beach cottage into a full time residence over looking Greenwich Bay. The primary goal of this project was to bring the house up to modern times but also preserve the original design intent of the beach cottage.
